Bookings & Payments
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Pricing: Prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on package, duration, and location. Taxes and travel fees (if applicable) will be added at checkout.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposit Requirement: Some bookings may require a deposit to reserve your event date.
Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event date may receive a full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
Cancellation by SIMLounge: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, severe weather), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide a safe and accessible setup location (clear space for simulator enclosure, power access, level ground).
Follow all safety instructions provided by SIMLounge staff.
Ensure that guests use the simulator responsibly (no food/drinks inside the enclosure, no rough or dangerous behavior).
Be present at the event during delivery/setup and pickup unless otherwise arranged.
Equipment Care & Damage
You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow our instructions may result in repair or replacement charges.
Normal wear and tear are not considered damage.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
Golf simulator activities carry a risk of injury. By using our Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks involved.
SIMLounge is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss occurring during the use of our equipment, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold SIMLounge harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse of the equipment or violation of these Terms.
Weather Policy
If your event is outdoors, we may reschedule or cancel due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., rain, high winds). In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Setup & Tear Down
Setup and tear-down times are included in your rental.
Please ensure we have adequate time and access to set up before your event and tear down afterward.
